How do I reserve items?
Add items to your cart and submit a reservation request through our website. Your date is secured once the invoice is signed and payment is made.
Is a deposit required?
Yes! To reserve your date, a non-refundable retainer is required for all balloon decor services. This allows us to begin planning and designing your setup.
For rental items, we also require a refundable security deposit, which is returned after your event once items are checked and in good condition.
Booking both decor and rentals? No worries—both the retainer and security deposit will apply.
When is the remaining balance due?
For events booked in advance, the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Planning something last minute? For bookings made within 7 days of your event, full payment is required upfront to secure your date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure online checkout.
Can I change my order after booking?
Yes! Changes can be made based on availability. Just contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
