Booking Payments

How do I reserve items?
Add items to your cart and submit a reservation request through our website. Your date is secured once the invoice is signed and payment is made.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. A retainer is required to hold your date. Orders are not guaranteed until payment is received.

When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure online checkout.

Can I change my order after booking?
Yes! Changes can be made based on availability. Just contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Pickup & Returns

Where are you located?
We are located in Palm Beach County, FL. Exact pickup address is provided after booking confirmation.

Is pickup or delivery available?
Pickup is available by appointment. Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location and order size.

When do I pick up my rental items?
Pickup times are scheduled the day before your event unless otherwise arranged.

When do items need to be returned?
Items are due back the day after your event unless a different return time is scheduled.

What happens if I return items late?
Late returns may incur additional rental day charges.

Cleaning & Care

Do I need to clean the items before returning them?
Please return items free of food, debris, and decorations. No deep cleaning is required — we handle sanitizing.

Can I wash linens or chair covers?
No — please do not wash them. Just shake off debris and place them in the return bag/container.

What if something gets damaged?
Normal wear is expected! However, excessive damage, burns, wax, stains, or missing items may result in replacement fees.

Setup & Event Use

Do you set up the rentals?
Setup is not included unless arranged in advance.

Can rentals be used outdoors?
Yes! Just ensure items are protected from rain, mud, and heavy wind.

What surfaces can tables and chairs be placed on?
Grass, patios, and indoor floors are fine. Avoid sand, gravel, or uneven terrain whenever possible.

Cancellations & Weather

What is your cancellation policy?
Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if availability allows.

What if it rains?
We understand Florida weather! We allow one date change due to weather based on availability.

Do you offer packages?
Yes! We offer curated bundles designed for small gatherings and celebrations.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Popular weekends fill quickly.

Do you service large events?
